Fuerte Villa is a harmonious blend of luxury and privacy, nestled in a lush green village in Crete. Spanning three levels, the villa accommodates up to 16 guests with six thoughtfully designed bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a dining area for 10, and a bright living room featuring an energy fireplace and a 43-inch satellite TV. Large shutter doors flood the space with natural light, creating an airy ambiance.

The ground floor also offers a family bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. The three bedrooms here include a flexible twin room (convertible to a double bed), a king-sized bedroom with an ensuite shower, and a room featuring two double beds, one situated in a charming loft. The first floor is home to a master bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private balcony with deckchairs. On the lower level, there’s a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a playroom equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for children.

The villa’s expansive 2000 sqm outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a 50 sqm private heated pool surrounded by sunbeds and deckchairs. The pool area is perfect for unwinding while enjoying sunsets from the plush outdoor sofas. The beautifully landscaped garden offers a haven for children with a treehouse, trampoline, slide, small football court, and a ping pong table. Pool towels are provided for your convenience, and heating is available upon request.

Set amidst lush avocado groves, the villa provides guests with the unique opportunity to engage in daily avocado tree care, such as watering and harvesting, for an authentic connection to the natural surroundings.
