Private Boat Trips

At Aegean Villas, we offer you a wide variety of private boat trips from Chania & Sfakia. All of our scheduled excursions can be tailored according to our clients´ wishes: from romantic full moon trips and dinner under the stars to family day trips to discover the outstanding beauty of the coast of western Crete!Depending on which area you would like to explore, we can start our excursions from our bases on the north coast (Marathi beach, Chania old port or Kissamos) or on the south coast (Chora Sfakion or Loutro) where your captain will be waiting to welcome you on board!We mostly offer full day or half day trips along the south and north coast of Chania region.If you would like a personalized trip, it can of course be arranged!Get in touch, and we will be happy to help you plan your dream trip!

Fishing trips

Have you always wanted to go fishing but never had the chance to do so yet? Is it one of your favorite hobbies? Want to try something that you have never done before? Join us on one of our trips! Trips to exercise your skills can be arranged for during either early morning 07:00 – 11:00 or evening 16:00 – 20:00 to fish in the Cretan seas! Join us on our fishing boat and do trolling for small tuna, marlin, mahi-mahi and barracuda or bottom fishing for groupers and red snappers! Trips last a minimum 2 hours and up to 4 hours. While caching something cannot be guaranteed, we have a very high success rate. Fishing trips need to be arranged in advance and depend on weather conditions and availability of our staff.We offer all of our fishing trips ONLY from our base in Marathi bay!

Diving in Crete

Is it your first time trying scuba diving? Or are you already a qualified diver? Whichever the case, the crystal clear south coast waters will definitely leave you impressed! Our dive center is the ideal location for you to get started!Crete’s wild and rugged landscape flows from the mountains to the coast and from there underwater, to create a varied and remarkable marine landscape, which continually changes with the shifting of the sands. Gorges, caves and rocks, sometimes reaching down to 75 meters, are very common. The many species of fish are particularly impressive. Don’t be surprised to swim alongside groupers, morays, slipper lobsters and barracudas as well as many other sea inhabitants. When we organize our structured diving trips with you, we ensure we respect the marine fauna and flora, which help make our dives so beautiful. The area is well known for its crystal clear waters with visibility of up to 40 meters, we can offer dives at depths between 10 and 40 meters depending on your experience. Then you might like to try Scuba Diving or snorkeling with us!  If you already have a diving qualification, then you could join us on an Open Water or Cave dive!
