Layout of the villa:

The interior design of our luxury villa is modern with stone elements.

Entering the villa you will find a spacious open plan area which contains the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed electrical appliances, the indoor dining table and exit to veranda. In the living area, there is a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The villa has two airy bedrooms with double sized beds and a bathroom with a washing machine. The sofa bed is converted in a single bed suitable for both adults and children. 

Outdoors, the villa has a private swimming pool (50sqm) with sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, it has its own veranda with a dining area. 

The villa is the ideal place to relax with your company within a small distance to the beach of Falassarna.
