The 440m² villa enjoys privacy in a rural position with uninterrupted views as it sits on a plot of 4500m². It slopes on 3 levels and has lovely gardens and shrubbery. The colour palette mixes earth tones with splashes of colour and the overall ambience is light and airy. Fixtures and fitting are of good quality and the smart interiors are accentuated with wooded floors in parts of the house. The pool (60m²/depth 1-2mt) is surrounded by a sun terrace, and in the garden you’ll find a children’s play area as well as an outdoor covered BBQ area with kitchen facilities and seating for as many as 16 persons.

The 30m² dining area overlooks the living area and has a solid wood dining table for eight persons,  leather chairs, and a modern light fitting. A few steps lead down to the comfortable 50m² living area that has large picture windows, a fireplace, three sofas, an easy chair, a dresser, shelving, two coffee tables, a 50inch LED TV, elegant  wooden flooring with underfloor heating, and centrally controlled air conditioning. Large windows panels open on to a furnished terrace which has access to the pool area with sun loungers and outdoor lounge seating. A bathroom with washbasin and WC also features on this level.

Stairs lead to the upper level and the 35m² master bedroom with a 6m² en suite marble bathroom with a bath. There is an attic in the bedroom with is lots more wardrobe space.  Doors lead to a large furnished veranda that has views of the garden and towards Kalathas Bay.

Three elegant bedrooms are on each of the middle level and the lower garden level thus having direct access to either the pool or the garden. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, wooden floors, a night stand, luggage rack, air conditioning and heating. Each level has a bedroom of 25m² with a double bed and en suite, a bedroom of 30m² with twin beds, and a bedroom of 18m² with a semi-double bed, a bathroom with shower that is shared between two of the bedrooms, and also a modern spacious 25m² living room/TV room furnished with two sofas, a bookcase, and a 32inch TV.  The bedrooms overlooking the pool use a separate main entrance to the villa. 

The lower garden level also houses and exercise room with exercise mats, Pilates ball, kettle bell, and weights.

The outdoor landscaped area is stunning with a beautiful lawn, trees, flowers and shrubs, and a rock garden of cactus and herbs. The lawns alone measure a whopping 2500m² with another 550m² dedicated to trees and plants.  There is a children’s play area as well as a covered BBQ area with an outdoor kitchen including a wood burning stove oven, a rotisserie, and two large tables each sitting 8 persons making it perfect for al fresco dining.
