Villa Artemisia is a brand new property with contemporary and modern design, located in Aroni Village of Chania, in a short distance from Chania city and with easy access to many beaches. It covers an area of 300sqm and offers amazing sea and mountain views. It consists of five modern designed bedrooms -four of them with en-suite bathrooms- divided into two floors and it can host up to 11 guests.

Entering Villa Artemisia from the ground floor, you will find the airy living room with easy access to the pool area. In the living room there is a large sofa, a flat screen 65’’ HDTV with Netflix and a fireplace, ideal for family gatherings. Next to the living room, there is the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for an easy stay and a high dining table with stools for four guests. The dining area consists of a modern wooden dining table with seating for 12 guests. From the kitchen door, there is direct access to the main terrace and the BBQ area. Also, there is a storage area for your supplies. On the ground floor there is one of the five bedrooms, with its own air-conditionig unit, a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a closet and a 32” HDTV. Finally, in this level there is a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor of the villa, there is a kitchenette with a mini fridge, a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The rest four bedrooms are found in this level. The master bedroom consists of a super King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), an en-suite bathroom, a 32” HDTV, a closet with a safe and a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom consists of two twin beds (0,90 x 2,00), that can be converted into a King size bed if necessary, an en-suite bathroom, a 32” HDTV, a closet, an office and a balcony with sea views. The third bedroom consists of two twin beds (0,90 x 2,00), an en-suite bathroom, a 32” HDTV, a closet and a balcony. Finally the fourth bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), a 32” HDTV and a closet. In the outdoor area water elements and vegetation compose a relaxing experience. The large sized private swimming pool of 50 sqm, will definitely become your favorite spot of the villa. Please note that the pool can be heated with an additional charge upon request (at least one week advance notice). Sunbeds, umbrellas and various outdoor sitting areas by the pool offer relaxation and calmness. Also, there is a gas BBQ and a shaded, spacious outdoor dining area for 12 guests. Last but not least, our little guests can spend their time pleasantly on the playground, with outdoor games for kids. Taking care for them, the area has been planted with grass in order to avoid accidents. Don't miss the chance to taste vegetables and herbs from our garden!
