Villa Stariδe is a brand new villa built in the beautiful village of Paidochori bringing style and comfort to its guests. It is located in a private area at the Apokoronas Perfecture of Chania. Τhanks to its unique location, the villa offers a stunning view from Souda bay to Georgioupolis. Built on a vantage point, the residence offers a 360° panoramic view of the great area of Eastern Chania. You can enjoy the sea view and the sunrise from the beautiful yard or house porch and balconies.

The elegant villa is built on three levels and can host up to 12 guests. At the upper level there are two comfortable bedrooms with king size beds, an open room that can be used as an extra bedroom with a single bed, if you wish we can add an extra bed and a bathroom with bathtub. In the open room room you can find office facilities. All rooms have amazing panoramic view of the area due to the large windows. On the ground level there is a sitting area with a stove, a dining area for 8 guests, an open plan kitchen equipped with necessary appliances, the 4th bedroom and a WC with a shower. All areas have direct access to the big shaded veranda with the splendid sea view where up to 10 guests can dine. On the same level and near the pool there is a separate dining and relaxing area. At the lower level there is a separate studio with a bedroom and an open room with a small kitchen, the open room can be used as an extra bedroom. The studio has a bathroom with a shower . In front of them a spacious terrace with a green garden and trees along the whole front side. All areas inside have air-conditioning except the bedroom in the studio which has a roof fun. The outdoor place offers a private swimming pool, a big pergola shaded place with outdoor furniture where you can relax, enjoy your meals and gaze at the ocean. On the back of the house there is a small yard with trees and a playground. There is a nice BBQ which is build next to the outdoor dining table. Secure parking for 2 cars is located in the front of the house under the shade of local grown trees. Linen and bath towel change every three day. The house provides you with all the necessary amenities and equipment in order to enjoy your vacation with luxury and ease.
