Villa Melitini is a 7 bedroom luxury villa located in the area of Akrotiri, just a few kilometers from the city of Chania.

This stunning property has an 82sqm ecological private pool with salt water and spacious outdoor areas with a large private garden, full of vegetables, available for the guests to consume. The villa is equipped with modern and comfortable furnishings and offers all the facilities for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Villa Melitini is built in three floors.

Entering the ground floor there is an open plan area with a living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Fridge - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes & utensils, coffee machine and toaster are included. On the same level there is a second living room with a fireplace, a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, one bedroom with a double bed, one more bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into one double and one common bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor there is a living room of 25 sq.m, a dining area, the second fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

On the second floor there are the rest 3 bedrooms all with double beds and their own private en-suite bathroom.The 1 bathroom has a shower and a hydromassage bath.

All bedrooms have their own air conditioning unit, plasma TVs and wardrobes.

Outdoors the villa has a 2000sqm beautiful garden with lawn, flowers, plants, palm trees and rock gardens. Also, there are local trees and a herb garden, an organic vineyard and an organic garden with vegetables, available for the guests to consume!

Villa Melitini has a huge (82sqm) private ecological  pool with salt water, sun loungers, umbrellas and a hammock, ideal for an outdoor nap.

Also,there is a BBQ area with a grill and wood burning oven where you can prepare your own meal for you and your company. The villa has outdoor dining and sitting areas where you can relax and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings.
