Villa Argi is located in a quiet neighborhood in Kissamos, where you can go and explore the various shops, beaches and nightlife. Villa Argi with its modern design, offers 3 relaxing bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa's best feature, its garden, is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas where you can soak in the sun. Lastly, a BBQ with gas is available upon request for our guests who cook under the sunny weather of Greece.

The two-storey 220 sq. m villa has been designed to make you feel at home, through its rather modern, airy and hospitable character.
It can accommodate 8 people in beds in its 3 bedrooms, making it perfect to host up to two families travelling together.

The whole building and facilities are high quality throughout and great care can be seen in every detail, including high quality bedding in all the bedrooms.

Entering the villa on the first floor there is a spacious open-plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 55'' satellite HDTV, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. The living room area opens directly to the outdoor area.
As going through on the first floor, there is a hall where a WC is found.

Reaching the first floor through a staircase, there is a hall where a bathroom with shower is located. Then there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor one with 2 single beds, there is flexibility to create a King size bed by joining two single beds, one with 1 double bed and the master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically, our outdoor facilities include:
- Fully equipped barbecue
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and chairs) for relaxing in the gardens around the villa
- Parking space

The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.

Guest Access

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

Neighborhood description

Kastelli or Kissamos  is a small town of about 2,000 inhabitants, with an attractive little harbour, lots of shops, cafeteria and tavernas mostly along the seafront, a long history and a lively atmosphere. It is a busy place, offering everything tourists may need.
On first arriving at Kissamos, you see the large beach of grey sand stretching out in front of the town and the rocky coast to the west.
In the west part of Kissamos is the main road, Heroon Polytechniou Street, full of shops and supermarkets. But in the summer (and all year round when the weather's good), the heart of town beats on the coast road, near Tzanakaki Square or Kastelli Square, which is mostly pedestrianised, letting visitors and residents alike enjoy a stroll by the sea.
The Kissamos area is particularly fertile, rich in grapes, sultanas, wine and raki (tsikoudia). The town played an important part from early historical times onwards, as the provincial capital and economic centre of Kissamos Province in Chania Prefecture.
