Set in a unique area, villa Cocoon, a brand new villa, is the perfect combination of luxury and timeless elegance. The Villa consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the ground floor, there is the first bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Also, in the bedroom there is a flat screen TV. On the same floor there is the living room with a large comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV, the dining area with seating for 4 people, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities you may need for a comfortable and easy stay. Fridge - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, espresso coffee machine, dishes & utensils are included. This level has direct access to the pool and the main terrace. On the upper level, there is the second open bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a comfortable lounge chair. At the outdoor area there is a private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, as well as outdoor furniture. Sit back in the comfortable sun loungers and relax under the sun. Also, there is a dining area and a BBQ. Our little guests can spend their time pleasantly in the yard. Taking care of them, the area has been planted with grass in order to avoid accidents. Please note that the villa is part of a complex of two twin villas, so if your groups consists of more than 4 people you can book both villas. The location offers privacy and the nature helps you relax and refresh yourself through your stay. At Villa Cocoon nothing may annoy you but the summer breeze. At the end of the day, sit next to the outdoor private pool, drink a glass of wine and enjoy memorable moments.
