Accommodation rules and policies

The keys of the villa will be handed over by the manager of the Aegean Villas Team. One key is for the main entrance of the house and the other one is for the yard door. Please make sure that the door is locked when you leave from the villa.

 The swimming pool is 30m2 and has maximum depth 140cm. Feel safe when your children play and swim in the children’s pool.

 You are advised to consume bottle water. Unfortunately, tap water is safe but of poor quality.

 The WI-Fi router is located in the living room. The name of the network is Cosmote and the password is villa2020.

 The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. The soap for the dishwasher is in the closet next to the oven.

 We provide cleaning service every three days. If you need it more often, please ask us for more information!

 Sheets and towels -except for pool towels- are changed.

 A/C and lights have to be switched off when you leave the house.

Each bedroom has its own hair dryer.

 A first aid kit is located in the wardrobe in the bedroom.

 The house is equipped with mosquito screens. You are advised to use mosquito repellent during the night.

**Do not leave your children on the outdoor area and the swimming pool without being supervised.

 Smoking is not allowed in the villa. You can smoke outdoors.

 Hours of common silence are 15:00-18:00 and 23:00-07:00.

 Please do not throw any items in the toilet or in the kitchen sink.
